If you believe the Card has been lost or stolen or an unauthorized transaction has been made using the information from the Card without your permission, contact Customer Service IMMEDIATELY. If you do not, you may be responsible for unauthorized transactions made on your account.
If you are planning to dispute a transaction, you may review the transactions that have posted to your account online using this site. Please utilize the appropriate card type dispute form located below. Complete the form in its entirety and return it to us by mail, fax or email. For faster resolution of your claim we encourage you to email or respond to emails with this information. Email responses will link your documentation back to your case if one has already been opened. You can also mail or fax if you don’t have an email account.
In order to process your dispute, regulations require that you notify us within 60 days from the statement date of the disputed charge.
